The bar’s open, and there’s time for something classic before the night takes shape. Pull up a stool, order a spritz or a Negroni, and settle in. Keep it light, or add something from the menu if the mood’s there.

It’s made for a quick drink that turns into another — and occasionally more than planned.

No bookings. Just walk in and take a seat at the bar.
